This happy girl is bursting with love and affection! At 4 years old and 57 lbs, Rita has just completed her heartworm treatment and is ready to find her forever home.
Rescued as a stray nearly a year ago alongside her son, she dreams of a family to call her own. While her son has already found his happily ever after, Rita is hoping to follow in his pawprints.
She’s great with other dogs, enjoys playing at the dog park, and can’t resist a good tennis ball (or snack!).
Rita’s joyful spirit and playful personality will bring so much happiness to your life. She’s looking for a home where she can explore, play, and snuggle up after a fun day.
