My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CoverGirl has a very strong personality, even though she’s the smallest she doesn’t let that stop her from playing with the big dogs. She’s definitely the most playful out of the litter. She loves to play, run, jump, etc. She’s a very active dog who loves being able to run outside. Her favorite thing to do is shower you with kisses. She loves being able to show how affectionate she is, if you let her she’d probably try to kiss you all day long. She’s the perfect play mate for people and dogs.

CoverGirl is all back with perk ears and a long tail and short coat. Ready for training and to GLOW into a medium sized adult dog (based on paws and growth so far). *Orange Collar

Favorite Color: Blush tones
Favorite Toy: Soft Frog Stuffy
Favorite Food: Chicken Nuggets

We do not know the breed mix of the litter - presumed to be Dobermans or Hounds. Long legs, short coats with long tails and floppy ears. The litter was found and taken to the vet with bald patches and a skin infection, now healed a shiny black short coat. Rescue worked with Manvel Lakes Animal Hospital for treatment plan and secured a foster home. They are ready for adoption!

More about this rescue

Mission Statement: Volunteers Fueled by Caffeine and Compassion to help Care for Dogs in Today's Pet Crisis in Texas.

Our dogs come from at-risk shelters in TEXAS -focused on Fort Bend Co/Brazoria Co/Galveston Co/Harris Co., partnerships to help dogs in rural areas in South Texas and urgent Owner Surrenders due to loss or tragedy.

We are a small rescue and every things counts - every penny and each donation is a blessing. Most of the dogs require neuter, heartworm treatment and medications for various illness/injury before being cleared for adoption. Our dogs receive quality care in food, toys and hygiene while they recover and wait for forever homes.
