My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Farah a beautiful young kitty with green eyes and the fur color of a russian blue. She's a very petite, tiny cat who is very affectionate and cuddly to her people. She will need a bit of patience and understanding from her new family, until she learns to trust them. But after she does you would have the most cuddly cat ever. She is also playful and kitten-like at times.

We are in a rural location and cover a large area with small communities far apart. We tailor our adoption process to fit the needs of each adoption, whether it be a home visit or other specific situation. Adoptions are allowed to proceed only after careful checking of the situation for each animal.

Rescued Animals In Need is a no kill organization whose main focus is rescuing lost, abandoned, abused, neglected or unwanted animals and helping them find their forever homes. We work hard to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats by providing education and financial assistance (when available) for spay/neuter programs to help prevent unwanted and uncontrolled pregnancies for animals in our communities. Including a program for the voiceless and often ignored feral cats. We have full non-profit 501(c)3 status with the State of California.
