My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lip is part of a group that was born to a feral mom we trapped/sterilized/and placed into a barn once kittens were weaned. Lip got his name from his cute little black lips. Super sweet and gentle kitty. He gets along with other dogs and cats. He loves to play then find your lap to snuggle at night.

If you are interested in meeting me, click that apply to adopt and PAWER Rescue will set it up!
I'm already sterilized, vaccinated, rabies vaccinated, microchipped, negative combo tested, parasite free, and ready for my forever home.

Go meet their pets

PAWER hosts adoption events each month! They are typically at our building in Trenton, but we have partnered with senior citizen homes, pet stores, apple orchards, and other businesses across downriver. We set up meet and greets for anybody interested, so you do not have to wait until one of our adoption events.

More about this rescue

PAWER, Providing Animals With Emergency Resources, is a 501c3 that is based in Trenton. We provide a pet food bank each month, to help families going through hard times. We specialize in neonatal and injured cats, along with other small animals. At times, we have dogs and exotic animals as well. We partner with many local Animal Control Offices, to help animals they come across, that may not do well at local shelters, due to the experience we have. We love helping and giving back to the community, and we were able to adopt over 150 animals into their forever homes during 2023.
