My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Cold Spring, MN

Philly is a sweet fluffy playful girl! She has the softest coat and loves to be pet. She is quiet all
night and can be trusted to free roam or she is happy to hang in one area. She loves to be
outside, but is quickly learning and enjoying the comforts of living in a home and has been a
perfect guest for her foster mom and dad.
She was picked up as a stray so not much is known about her background. She was heavily
matted and quite shy, so we think she was an outside dog without much socialization. She does
take some time to warm up to new people, but she doesn't have a mean bone in her body and once she is comfortable, she seeks and loves attention and enjoys zoomies around the yard.
She needs a family forever that is willing to be patient with her while she adjusts and learns.
Once she trusts you, she is an absolute love!

Due to her size, she would be best in a home without small children. She is interested but has
not been aggressive with cats. So dog savvy cats should be okay. While she likes other dogs,
she does not need to be with one for companionship and does well just chillin with her humans.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
