Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***Thanks to a generous donor, Yolk's adoption fee has been sponsored in hopes of helping him find his forever home sooner!
Yolk is a 1 year old neutered male. He is current on his vaccinations, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative!
Meet Yolk! Yolk is a handsome and shy little man who is ready to find a loving and patient forever home where he can continue to work on his confidence and socialization skills. Although he may need some time to adjust in his new home, he is a sweet kitty who enjoys gentle pets from his favorite people and likes to stay close by to check out anything that you may be up to. Once he is comfortable with his surroundings, he is a typical older kitten with lots of energy and enjoys spending his days exploring his surroundings, chasing around his toys, jumping up on his cat tree, and playing with his companions.
Like most shy kitties, Yolk is much more confident and outgoing with another feline friend by his side so he is required to go to a home with another cat. He does still startle easily at times from fast movements and loud noises so he is looking for a bit of a calmer home with respectful children at least 10 years of age or older who won't chase or scare him. He may do ok with calmer doggies as well given slow and proper introductions to one another.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
