AVAILABLE IN ORANGE COUNTY ONLY! Wesley is a 2 year old corgi mix that came to us as an owner surrender through no fault of his own.

He is reportedly housebroken, crate trained, and good with kids. While he is currently an only dog, he has been around other dogs before and done well with a proper introduction. He is pretty high energy, so he will either need a home with a yard or people who are able to get him out for lots of walks and exercise!

Wesley is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and on flea preventative.

This sweet guy is looking for someone who will commit to him for the rest of his life and be patient as he settles into a new home with a new family. He might need refresher courses on potty rules and basic obedience as it can often be an adjustment when a pup enters a new home.

Launched in 2021, Diamond's Friends Pet Rescue is a Newport Beach-based 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization. We are entirely foster-based and are no-kill. Our mission is to help as many homeless dogs and cats as possible find loving and compassionate adoptive families.

We accomplish this by being good stewards of donations, inspiring dedicated volunteers and fosters, providing education on responsible pet ownership, and being advocates for each animal that comes under our care. Our goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of as many animals as we can.

Diamond's Friends Pet Rescue is named in honor of our founder's late dog, Diamond. She was a fantastic foster sister to numerous dogs and was a friend to every animal she met. It is our hope that many more animals in need will get to be one of Diamond's friends.
