My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** Current Location: in a local shelter in South Korea - you can have a meet-and-greet via video calls **

• Rescue Story:
Meet Ethan👋 a friendly boy with a gorgeous tan/black coat! Ethan is one of the four siblings who were found on a street in South Korea at just 3 months old in July 2021 and sent to a high-risk city shelter. Luckily rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team, the puppies started living with numerous dogs in the private shelter. Ethan was fortunately given a chance to live in a temporary foster home during his puppyhood and experienced social learning. It has been 2 years since he returned to the shelter, but Ethan still remembers how nice living in a sweet home was and is now eagerly waiting for his forever home!

• Personality: Friendly, Affectionate, Active
With a friendly and affectionate personality, Ethan loves snuggling up to people. He is generally good even with new volunteers at the shelter. He just needs a little time to open up to new faces. His energy level is mid-high, running around all day long! He will be a perfect fit for a family that enjoys outdoor activities and prefers a cleaner dog. Ethan’s ideal home would be a peaceful environment with no furry friends and no kids.

• Affinity with
- Cats: Not tested
- Dogs: Generally good with other dogs, but he tends to be bossy occasionally - he would thrive as the only dog in the family!
- Adults/Kids: Good with adults including males / Not fond of young children

• Housetrained
: As a clean boy, he only went potty outdoors during the foster period and still uses the bathroom outside the kennel in the shelter.

• Walking Manner
: Despite his limited experiences of walking, but he's very gentle on a leash and follows his handler's lead well!

• Shedding
: 5-6

• Food Appetite/Food Allergies
: He eats well! / No food allergy

• Bathing/Brushing
: tolerates both well

• Separation Anxiety
: None.

• Barker/Howler
: Barks a little bit towards other dogs he doesn’t like.

• Carsickness
: None.

• Likes
: He likes running around and playing with toys. He loves treats as well ;)
