My name is ARES!

Ares is a loving, gentle, mature gal who is patiently waiting for her forever home. This calm, friendly pooch comes up to you for pets and affection and is well-mannered, taking treats gently. A volunteer took her on a nice walk and she was easy to manage on the leash and likes to walk at a brisk pace; she has a pep to her step for a 9 yr old and he would love daily walks with you.

Ares has been calm when meeting other dogs and would like to meet any current household dogs to see if they’ll be good housemates.

Ares is an affectionate and attentive good girl and will make a very love-able companion. She hopes to find a loving, warm home and soft, comfy bed soon!
