Meet Dainty Daisy! This little love is a 15-pound bundle of joy and playfulness. At about 1 years old, Daisy is all about fun, showing off her lively spirit every chance she gets! We think she’s a mix of Basenji, Chihuahua, and maybe a dash of Rat Terrier, but whatever her blend, she’s 100% lovable. Daisy’s ready to bring her big personality and endless snuggles into a forever home. If you’re looking for a spirited companion who’s full of love, Dainty Daisy is waiting for you!

PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good. FIRST step is to fill out a pre adoption application (www.polkadogz.org). We check vet references, personal references and do home visits before adopting any pet. We also help match the right pet to the right home. All current pets in household must be spayed/neutered and on heartworm prevention (very important)
Adoption fees help us support all the dogs in our rescue, some of which cost thousands in medical bills. Thank you for caring about the greater good!

More about this rescue

We strive to educate the public on responsible pet ownership. We rescue many dogs with heartworms, injuries nad those who have been victims of severe neglect and/or abuse. Maverick is a perfect example. He is paralyzed and we work daily with him to hopefully help him walk again.
