This helps Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue with pet care costs.
Shasta is such a great and sweet girl. We have taken her on quite a few walks and she does great! No walking issues at all. We walk her with our two dogs and she hasn't had an issue walking with other dogs either. She loves her crate and happily goes in for bed and for when we go to work. No cries and stays in ALL NIGHT! She likes to go in for comfort sometimes as well. She is potty trained but uses the doggy door so if her future home doesn't have one we aren't sure if she would have an accident inside. I think it would only take a few tries with a bell on the door and a treat when she goes out and goes potty. We had one tinkle accident on day one but that was understandable. When it is meal time she does like to put her paws on the counter to see what you are up to but we are teaching her "down" and she is catching on quickly. She will eat a bit go play come back and eat more but gets it done :) She loves her toys and carries them around a lot. Sometimes she will whine with them in her mouth but she loves them!! She loves to cuddle and be around people. We have had a few other dogs besides ours over to meet and she ends the day playing with them. She is hesitant at first but as soon as she knows they are "ok" , off to the back yard they go! She has a great temperament very smart, is ready to get trained even more than she already is and just wants to continue to be loved. I think she would be a great companion and addition to your home.
