Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Likes: Loves cuddling, walks, playing tug a war, learning tricks.
Dislikes: Being cornered, getting a bath and being left alone, but getting better and better with being left alone.
What would be the ideal home? He would be able to fit into any home so long as proper training is established. So long as proper exercise is a priority.
Good with other cats? Yes
Good with dogs? Yes - did well with meeting another dog in the shelter
Good with children? Yes, but no toddlers is recommended due to size and energy level
Temperament: Very sweet, energetic. Needs his daily exercise, then is laid back and well behaved. But needs at least 2 long walks a day.
Motivators? Treats and food
Any commands? Sit, Down, Good recall.
House trained? Mostly
Crate trained? For the most part, sometimes will still whine, crate needs to be covered with a blanket for him to settle.
How long will it take to settle into a new environment? 3-4 weeks
Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? Very reactive and scared of water, will need to have a mussel on him if bathing him. Also do not leave him alone not crated, he will get bored and potentially destructive. When in his crate is well behaved though!
