Hello, I'm Rhiannon! I know I look a little grumpy (life on the streets can wear you down), but I'm actually one of the sweetest cats you'll meet. I absolutely love to make new friends, and being pet is one of my favorite things. I'll happily follow you around to ask for more ear scritches and cheek rubs, flopping down and rolling around all the while! Hit all of my spots just right, and I'll even start to drool. I may be an older cat, but I still have a goofy an playful personality. I love snacks and still show an interest in catnip, and have the cutest high-pitched meows.

At some point I will need a dental with your veterinarian!
This animal has been treated for a skin infection while in shelter care. If this is not fully resolved at the time of adoption, it may require follow up diagnostics and treatment with adopter's veterinarian. Additionally, if underlying environmental or food allergies are contributing to the current skin condition, these may require ongoing management with adopter's veterinarian.

More about this shelter
Welcome to CMHS! In continuous operation since 1943, the Central Missouri Humane Society promotes the well-being of companion animals – pets that enrich the lives of the people who love them.
The Columbia Humane Society was formed in 1943 to provide shelter and care for Columbia’s abandoned animals. Originating in a little structure on Creasy Springs Road, the organization has grown into today’s Central Missouri Humane Society, a regional animal welfare agency caring for thousands of animals annually and providing veterinary services for low-income pet owners.
