Foster to adopt families must understand we are given dates and whatever date their dog is assigned by the clinic, is the date they will be required to keep. Because the spay is still pending, foster to adopt families must live within an hour of the location listed above, and must be willing to travel there for the appointment.

Good on a leash: Some pulling when excited. She is fairly strong. Walks are a work in progress.

Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Little Bear came to Grass Roots Rescue as a mother-to-be and delivered 11 beautiful puppies!! She is sometimes shy, but once comfortable she is a little force of nature. She’s a happy girl and she loves to play! Little Bear does need work on her manners so she will need a capable handler and consistent rules. At 50 lbs she is a good compact size.
