Hopscotch had a rocky start before making his way to Dane County Humane Society. He was brought to the Rowlett Animal Shelter in Rowlett, TX after being hit by a car. He had a dislocated hip that required surgery. He was been able to spend his recovery in a loving foster home and let's just say, this puppy will amaze you! Despite his tragic accident he remains in amazing spirits, spreading love and laughter wherever he goes. He would love the chance to get into a loving home of his very own.
A 5 star review from Hoppy's Foster: "Hopscotch is just a big happy goofball. He loves to find sticks on walks and bring them home to chew on, but he also loves to steal wood from the firepit. Loves to chill beside you. He would love a home and yard to call his own. In return he will give you lots of love and laughs."
House Trained: Yes! Crate Trained: Yes! Dog Friendly: Yes! Activity Level: Low to Medium Leash: Walks awesome! Play: Loves plush toys/ fetch/ tug of war Treat Motivated: Yes! Commands: Knows some basic commends. (sit, down, etc.)
Medical History: It is recommended for adopters to discuss my hip condition with their vets prior to adoption since this is likely something that will have continuing long term impacts on me. It will be important to manage my weight and keep me active to avoid larger complications later in my life.
Weight: ~79 lbs
Adoption Fee: $375 + Tax
