Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Indie is a beautiful 3 year old spayed female dog that is looking for a home to call her own. Indie was picked up by a family a few months ago and she had given birth to a litter of puppies. The family kept Indie and one of the pups but surrendered Indie when they felt like she was showing a bit of aggression towards other dogs. It may be due to her history as a mom and her need to protect. That being said, she will need an owner that will take the time to work with her and help her gain confidence around other dogs. She is still nervous around dogs she has met at the shelter but we think, with time, she can learn to co-exist and perhaps have a dog friend! Indie loves people and should do well in a home with kids. She loves adventure and hopes the family that adopts her will let her tag along on hikes and enjoy life in the mountains! Come meet this sweet girl, she will steal your heart!
