I'm around 3 years and 50lbs. I'm a well balanced social gal that does well with people and also with the other foster pups here. Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of those strange creatures y'all call a cat. With my breed's prey drive I might do better in a home without any.
I'm active, playful and ready to explore...everywhere! I have a very strong ball drive. I will chase that ball for as long as you're willing to throw it! Investing in a 'chuck it' stick will be a very good investment!!! I will need both mental and physical stimulation every single day to help keep me a healthy happy girl and keep my shenanigans to a minimum. BUT in return you'll have a most affectionate loyal friend and family member!!
I'm already house trained so that lets us get right to the fun stuff!!
I have tons of love ready to be unleashed on my family! AND I'm big on personality, smart and inquisitive, affectionate and sweet. Hay Dude Equine Rescue, in Boerne, TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs, are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

(3) educate the public on proper horse care and husbandry
(4) offer assistance to equine owners in times of natural or personal disaster
(5) rehabilitate neglected and abused equines
(6) accept donations of rehomeable equines for adoption and placement
(7) adopt equines into thoroughly vetted homes
