Meet Veronica!

Veronica is 3 years old, female (approx. DOB 8-20-21), 39 lbs., vetted, is or will be spayed, and micro-chipped. Veronica is a great girl! She is great with other dogs, doesn't pull on the leash when walking, loves balls and squeaky toys, and loves to cuddle for hugs! She is best described as affectionate, curious, enthusiastic, gentle, bashful, and snuggly! Veronica loves treats, playing with her toys and friends in the play yard. She is an enthusiastic lap-dog with a heart full of gold! She greets you joyfully, keeping her feet on the floor. Veronica is very motivated by treats and enjoys playing though she might prefer to snuggle up with you instead! Stay tuned for more information as Veronica is a new rescue!

More about this rescue

Passion 4 Paws is an animal rescue organization founded by Robin Shover of Shelburne, Vermont. Robin has invested many years learning best practices to rescue dogs primarily from death row at high kill shelters. Robin works very closely with Potters Angels Rescue out of Randolph, Vermont and decided the most effective way to save even more dogs is to continue working closely with PAR plus her own new entity in Chittenden County and surrounding areas. Many people who personally know Robin realize her "passion" and dedication to the dogs. P4Ps rescues dogs from high kill shelters, provides a safe environment with foster families and adopters, education for the community, and advocacy for animal rights. Our group will be staffed entirely by volunteers and will be served by a Board of Directors. Our efforts will be supported through donations, charity events, Corporate/Employee Benefit tax deductible donation programs, and the generosity of animal lovers from within the community. Our focus is on dog rescue only. All funds received will be used strictly for this purpose and will incorporate medical bills, transport fees, food and other items for the dogs, shelter fees, charity events, boarding, and training.
