Meet Walter McFluffy, the distinguished senior gentleman who has found his cozy retirement haven. Walter came into our program through our Cat Crisis Fund with quite a story—he was in need of urgent care for a severe neck laceration, and during treatment, we discovered wire wrapped around one of his back feet as well. Now that he’s healing and comfortable, Walter is embracing the good life with quiet appreciation.

Though he’s not one for active cuddling, Walter has a soft spot for gentle cheek rubs and head pets. He spends much of his day contently settled at the foot of the bed, happily soaking up the warmth and safety of his indoor home. Walter McFluffy is a perfect companion for someone seeking a calm, endearing presence—a gentleman ready to enjoy his golden years with grace and gratitude. All fosters under the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition: Community Cat Adoption Program are fostered privately through foster homes.  They are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped before adoptions are finalized.  SAFCC is a 501c3 non profit, all volunteer organization serving San Antonio and Bexar County, Texas.
