If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Hello I acquired bogey when he was 11 months from an elderly man who had adopted bogey from the shelter. Unfortunately the man begun to experience heart issues shortly after adopting bogey and no longer able to give him the care he needed. We took bogey in hopes of helping his owner relocate bogey to a new home. Bogey has lived with us for 1.5 yrs. Lives indoors with our 9 year old chihuahua, potty trained, loves to play but also loves to sit around and be pet from time time. Bogey is neutered, very friendly to adult, kids and smaller dogs. Never had the chance to have him around cats or large dogs but he adapted to my chihuahua immediately and not once have had issues with his behavior towards her or strangers. I would love to keep bogey for ourselves but our schedules dont allow us time to care for a larger dog. All we are looking for is a good home to a family or individual who will provide him the love he deserves and has time to take him on walks or play. No rehoming fee needed.
