Meet Billy!!!

Just one meeting with this boy and your heart will be stolen. He had a rough start to life, coming out of the Helene disaster area, but you would never know it. This boy loves nothing more than lap naps and pets. He will purr for days as a thank you. He loves to play with all of the toys, especially his play mouse. If you are looking for someone who can always brighten your day and turn your frown upside down this little boy is definitely the little guy for you.
