My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there. I'm Blanco. I was born somewhere around May 2009 out in the "wild" in Keshena WI. I was brought to HEA with my mom and brother and sister. We were all pretty feral as I am sure you can guess since we were never around humans. When we got to HEA I was the protector of the group and always swatted anyone that came near my family. But now that I have been here for a while and am getting more used to people I am thinking I might be able to get used to human affection. I am started to enjoy being pet. And I am trying to get used to the way people like to hold you close, but that is still pretty scary to me. My brother Julius and I are attached at the hip, so wherever you see me, he isn't far away! I know I am kind of "hard to adopt" right now, but maybe someone would be my sponsor until the day comes when I am ready to go home! ~Scared, but hopeful, Blanco
