Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A23202 Rhonda is a brown and white colored, approximately 1 to 2-year-old, 53- pound, spayed female, Pitbull.
She entered the shelter as a stray on 10-28-2024.
Rhonda is a friendly, timid and shy girl here in the shelter. Our staff says she is still trying to figure out this noisy shelter environment and is unsure here. She needs a slow calm approach right now because she is so scared. She is head shy making her a little difficult to leash. However, she was well behaved during our walks. Using a harness instead of a collar and leash is recommended. We would also recommend no small children in her new home, only because of how scared and nervous she is here. She will need a patient owner to give her time to decompress and get comfortable. She stood by the fence with a happy tail wag watching the dog in another yard, so seems like a friendly interest in other dogs here at the shelter. Rhonda will be a loving, loyal companion given some time to get comfortable in her new forever home.
