Scooby is a wonderful boy! He's 3 years old and is an 80lb lab mix. Such a well-behaved guy, he is great with children of all ages, cats and dogs. He is house trained, does well in the car, on leash, and knows most basic commands. He's a very mellow dog, medium activity and easy to take care of. He is a great family dog!

People who are interested in adopting one of our dogs must fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website, CHEWDogRescue.org.

We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. An adoption donation is also required at the time of adoption.
