Itty bitty Ace lived with an unhoused person for the first few months of his life and then was rehomed to someone who just dumped him on a busy road in Acton a few weeks ago. He is not even a year old and has never had a stable home. We call him itty bitty because he’s so petite, maybe 25 pounds. He definitely has heeler in him, maybe rat terrier, and your guess is as good as ours on the rest. He’s sweet, a little shy, and we are certain he would make the most loyal companion if just given the chance.
He looks like a big dog, but he’s so small.
We require visits here to our rescue and in person home checks for all adoptions.

More about this rescue
Brittany Foundation is a non profit charity which rescues, rehabilitates, provides housing, and searches for new homes for homeless dogs. We focus on rescuing the harder-to-place dogs, such as pit bulls, chow chows, and older or special needs dogs. We have been successful in placing all types of dogs into loving homes. We are a no-kill facility and dogs stay with us until they are adopted. If they are not adopted, they have a home with us for the remainder of their lives.
