This is Holly. She is a sweet little girl with lots of energy. She is the happiest when she is outside in the foster home’s fenced-in yard sniffing for action and for squirrels to chase and having fun with her foster dog brothers all day long. She has a strong prey drive and is pretty vocal when she sees critters.
On the contrary, she is shy cautious and anxious with people particularly strangers and scared of unfamiliar noises and sudden movements. She will do best to live with patient and gentle beagle experienced people in a quiet home with a fenced-in yard. Best with active adults or a family with older kids. She is more confident when she is with other dogs and learns from them to reassure her safety.
After a long active day, she loves to snuggle and sleep in bed with her foster parents or their 18-year-old daughter.
She is shy and nervous at first but with your patience, she will open up to you and show her loving and playful puppy like personality fairly quickly.
If you think Holly is the right girl for you and wants to learn more about her please contact Midwest BREW!
NOTE: Dog may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).

More about this rescue
BREW Midwest is the midwest region of BREW Inc. (Beagle Rescue, Education and Welfare). We are a network of volunteers and foster homes across Western PA, OH, MI, IN and IL.
Our Mission:
*Rescue beagles in danger of euthanasia from shelters
*Help beagles that have been removed from neglectful or abusive situations
*Educate families about beagles and their special qualities
*Find kind, loving families for homeless or abandoned beagles.
BREW is dedicated to rescuing and re-homing beagles. The main focus is beagles in shelters that are faced with imminent extermination. BREW works with shelters and animal control facilities and adopt beagles to families throughout our region. In addition to our rescue efforts, BREW is dedicated to increasing public awareness of pet overpopulation and encouraging pet owners to spay and neuter their pets. Towards that end, no beagle over six months of age is adopted from BREW without being spayed or neutered. BREW also works to alert people about the disadvantages of purchasing pets from a "pet store."
