My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Connor is a 5-month-old medium hair, orange tabby. He was a bottle-fed boy so he is super sweet, and his fur is so soft. Connor is a find for any family or person! He does, however, have a birth defect; his right foot is not formed completely so he does have a slight limp. That does not stop him at all! He gets around fine and has no idea he is different. He is up to date on vaccines and is microchipped. Connor is waiting for his special people and a home of his own!

Our Adoption Policy
BARKS has many wonderful pets available for adoption. All our pets are spayed and neutered and have a current rabies and distemper vaccine. In addition, all cats are tested for feline aids and feline leukemia and all dogs are heartworm tested.

BARKS works with the PetSmart of Newton, NJ, where several adoptable cats can be seen during business hours. We also have adoption events nearly every Saturday at the Newton PetSmart from 11am-3pm, and on the first Saturday of each month at Pet Goods of Roxbury, 25 Commerce Blvd, Succasunna, NJ.
