My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greetings, fellow literature enthusiasts! My name is Shelby, and I`m a shy yet endearingly stubborn feline ready to curl up with you and explore the wonders of the written word. As a self-proclaimed bookworm, I spend my days nestled in cozy corners, patiently waiting for the next chapter of my adventure. While I may seem a bit reserved at first, I promise that once I warm up to you, you`ll discover a loyal and affectionate companion who loves nothing more than sharing a good story. So, if you`re looking for a furry friend to join you on your literary escapades, I`d be delighted to be your muse.
How did I get here? Transferred from York County Animal Center where I was surrendered by my owner.

**I have tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but the good news is I can still live a long normal cat life! Speak with an adoption specialist for more information.**

~My adoption fee is $65.00.~
