Gouda has her masters degree in being a professional lapdog. She loves to inch her way up to your lap, then roll over on her back for belly rubs.
She knows the basic commands, she's also a tail wagging, professional and wiggles her booty when it's time to eat breakfast and dinner. The vet estimates her to be about two years old. She recently started playing with toys and it's adorable. She would absolutely love to sleep with you and snuggle each night, it was sleeping in her crate.
She needs patience and love to teach her the ways of the world which she never was taught. Gouda could be great as a single dog, though she does enjoy being with pack. Currently she is in a foster with senior dogs so she would do well with a dog closer to her age, though she does well with the seniors as well. This girl is very, very treat motivated, she actually just learned what treat means... so cute!
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
