My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tini, a 3-year-old stray with a truly unique look-he has one brown eye and one blue eye, giving her an adorable and unforgettable face! Tini has lots of energy and gets excited when it's time to leash up and head outside, but once he's out, he's generally good on the leash with just a little pulling.

During playgroup, this sweet boy quickly won everyone's hearts. He is friendly and social with the other dogs but will provide appropriate corrections when he thinks a dog is being too much. He developed a cute friendship with
another male dog. Lowkey and friendly guy.

Tini shows no reactivity when passing other dogs, making him a pleasant walking buddy. This sweet boy loves to lean in for "hugs" and is full of affection. While he could use a little polish on his manners, he's well worth the effort. Tini is an amazing dog just waiting for his forever home-come meet him and see if he's the one for you!

Although he is heartworm positive, it is treatable and not contagious. Friends of Wake County Animal Center has provided a $400 sponsorship to help cover the cost of treatment.

If you're interested in learning more about Tini, please reach out to our Volunteer Matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Tini 254613."

Tini is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
