My name is Patches!

We adopted beautiful Patches from a neighbor in June of this year. She’s 2 years old. She hadn’t been spayed or vaccinated and he let her roam the streets.

She is a sweet girl but has a low tolerance for physical affection and will swat and hiss if petted for more than a few seconds. She has attacked our dog who our friends have taken for now.

Patches began to put on weight. We took her to get vaccinated and during evaluation found out she was pregnant. She gave birth 8 weeks ago to 4 beautiful kittens. She has been an amazing mother! However, this week she became aggressive with the kittens at random times and we worry for their safety and well being.

Patches needs a quiet home (with no kids or other pets) with a loving owner who understands her behavior, most likely due to trauma from growing up on the streets of NYC. Please keep her indoors.
