My name is Jeans (HDS)!

Meet Jeans👋 Jeans was found alone on the streets of Paju in June and taken to a high-kill shelter, where she narrowly escaped euthanasia. Fortunately, she was rescued in time, moved to our quarantine vet, and quickly found a foster home. Now she's about to be moved to her second foster home. Jeans has since adjusted well to life with humans and now wants to settle with her forever home!

• Personality: Affectionate, Friendly, Playful
Jeans is such a friendly pup full of affection for humans! She warms up to new faces quickly and adapts easily to new environments. With mid-high energy, this playful girl will still be up for some fun even after a good walk!

• Affinity with
- Dogs: Jeans does fine around calmer dogs, though she tends to bark at others during walks – she’s still learning not to react to them on a walk!
- Cats: She simply stares at cats during walks.
- Adults/Kids: Jeans is such a friendly pup with people in general! / No particular reaction to kids!

• Walking Manners: Jeans enjoys sniffing around and marking her territory during walks! She generally walks well on a leash, matching her pace with her handler, except when she spots other dogs.

• Housetrained: Fully housebroken. She prefers to do her business outdoors but will use pee pads indoors when necessary.

• Baths/Brushing: Tolerates baths/brushing well

• Car Sickness: Very comfortable with car rides.

• Separation Anxiety: none

• Barks/Howls: She barks when she hears a doorbell.

• Appetite/Food Allergies: A little bit picky about kibbles / No food allergies

• Likes/Dislikes: She loves jerky treats, toys, and most of all, cuddling! / Not a big fan of loud noises like vacuums or hair dryers, but she tolerates them like a champ.
