My name is Blue!

I have had Blue for 10 years but sadly have to give her up. She is a shy kitty, she likes to hide away most of the day, but once she has warmed up to you, she loves to lay on your chest for head scratches as you lounge on the couch. She definitely is more active at night. I found blue as a kitten stuck in a fence. She has a tender spot on her back that she doesn’t like being touched. I think nerve damage to her back must of happened when she was stuck in that fence, poor baby! She loves drinking water from a running sink. She has lived with dogs her whole life so she is used to living with other animals. However I’ve never seen her interact with another cat. Overall, blue does well with people, she just needs time to warm up. You have to let her come to you, but once she does she is an angel. I want to find her a home where she is comfortable and taken care of. She is an older cat and all I want is for her to have a peaceful rest of her life. She isn’t high maintenance at all.
