My story

Fostered in Dutton, Ontario

Meet William! William is an adorable tuxedo kitten who is ready to win over the hearts of his forever family. He has been in care since the end of June and has seen many of his siblings be adopted and he’s wondering when it could be his turn.

William is the sweetest little kitten who wants nothing more than the affection of his humans. If you’re in the room, he will be right there with you, purring and weaving between your legs. This silly little guy will even come sit on your lap while you’re trying to use the bathroom. Personal space? What’s that? That’s not a thing in William’s world! He loves you and he wants you to know it!

William is super playful, often found running around with his toy balls and play mice. He’s a good climber and would love to have a cat tree in his new home to climb and play on! He is currently being fostered with his brother Quincy, and they are often found cuddling together, especially if there’s a nice pile of warm laundry to cuddle on.

This sweet boy is good with kids, other cats, and dogs of all sizes. He is good with everybody he meets and would do well in a home with another cat, but would also adjust just fine to being an only kitty. He will make the perfect companion for somebody looking for a sweet little lap cat who also has a playful side.

William is up to date on relevant vaccines, litter trained, and neutered.

More about this rescue

Baladi & Sled Dog Rescue of Ontario is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, providing veterinary care, and finding loving homes for dogs from the dog sledding industry.

We also extend our reach locally by rescuing stray cats and dogs from Aboriginal communities that we partner with. Additionally, our efforts expand globally as we started this rescue by saving Baladi cats and dogs from the streets of Egypt, but now that it is banned we continue helping Baladi's by supporting their placement in Egyptian shelters.
