Good with dogs? Yes, Mabel enjoys meeting new dogs, especially other small fluffy ones, and will lick them or they will lick her, which is very sweet.
Good with cats? Not Tested
Good with kids? Yes
Energy level: Low, but she gets very excited when her beloved person comes home! She takes short walks of less than a block and enjoys short sessions of toy playtime.
Medical/Behavioral needs: Mabel loves company and will be happiest in a home with people who are home most of the time. She barks when she is alone. Mabel has had most of her teeth removed.
Animal Characteristics: Mabel is calm, sweet, friendly, confident and affectionate. She will nudge your hand if you stop petting her because she wants more love. She will follow you around at home and roll on the carpet or in her dog bed until it’s time for a snooze. She doesn’t respond to commands, but is an easy, mellow companion, potty trained and a breeze to walk on a leash. Mabel is looking for a relaxing, loving home for her golden years.
