My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Polo is a short and stocky fella of around 1-2 years.
He believes that he is the toughest guy on the block even though his height says otherwise. Don`t let this fool you though, Polo is sure to stand his ground with other pups around. Polo doesn`t like sharing his people and would benefit from a home without other dogs - it is unknown how he would do sharing his family with a feline. (He can be stubborn, but don`t tell him we told you that.)
This snorty dude will be sure to find himself a spot on the couch next to you (or on you) and make an excellent movie binging partner! Polo is on the lazy side of dog traits and will just be happy to have someone to snuggle up with.

We are a non-profit Animal Shelter located in Menominee, Michigan. We take in stray and surrendered dogs and cats from several counties, averaging 1,000 animals per year. Our priority is to reunite the strays with their owner and adopt the unclaimed or surrendered pets into loving forever homes.
