Available for Pre-Adoption in New England and the Midwest – Winnie
Meet Winnie, a seven-week-old lab mix bundle of joy with enough love and energy to light up your world! This little sweetheart is the perfect mix of snuggles and playfulness. Winnie adores being held close, soaking up all the love and attention you can give, but when it’s playtime, she transforms into a lively, fearless pup, darting around, jumping, and gently tackling her puppy friends.
Her favorite game is chasing after her toys, and if she’s ready for playtime, she’ll make the cutest little sounds to let you know! Winnie is also delightfully curious — especially when it comes to cats. She loves to go nose-to-nose, coaxing them to play with her in the most charming way, even giving them her playful puppy bounce.
Winnie is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and is microchipped.
With her loving personality and playful spirit, Winnie is ready to bring endless joy and companionship to a family who can cherish her forever. If you’re ready to welcome this loving, lively little girl into your life, please complete an application at www.luckylabrescue.com. Winnie can’t wait to meet her forever family!

More about this rescue
Lucky Lab Rescue and Adoption is an all-volunteer, non-profit (currently filing for 501(c)(3) status) rescue organization whose mission is to reduce the euthanasia rates and inhumane treatment of Labrador Retrievers in the Midwest and find loving forever homes for them.
Most labs that come into Lucky Lab Rescue are from shelters here in the Midwest. Most are at risk of euthanasia, usually due to overcrowded shelters. Labs are one of the most popular breeds of dogs due to their loyal and family oriented personalities. Labs are also one of the most overbred breeds and are the number one breed to be found in shelters. They also have one of the highest euthanasia rates. Some find it difficult that rescues can be breed specific, however, Lucky Lab Rescue and other lab rescues make a huge impact on euthanasia rates just by rescuing labs and lab mixes alone.
