Marisol and Maximus’s adoption fee has been sponsored by one of our closest friends, volunteer, and donor- Kiara MItchell. We made the decision to lower our adoption fees for a “Home for the Holidays” special. We wanted to see as many of our animals in their new furrever home with their family, and out of foster care. A few of our supporters came forward and sponsored as many kitties as they could! Kiara cares for all animals as if she was born to do it- we believe she was. She has come over to our foster homes to clean, socialize, and lend any helping hand she can to make things easier on us. She is a hero to so many critters!
Meet Marisol (white/grey female) and Maximus (tuxedo male)! This bonded pair comes in at roughly 6.5 months old. Marisol and Maximus came to the vet clinic we use by an elderly man helping with tnr. They were going to be placed in a barn home, and after we met them we realized they had so much more potential!
These cuties absolutely adore each other and love the attention of people and other cats. At first Maximus was a little shy but now he’s always zooming around and begging for food. He’s a good mix of loving and playful. He has a very strong personality and is a really confident young man. Marisol is also super sweet and loving. She’ll curl right up in your arms and take all the love she can get. She is a bit more apprehensive when it comes to warming up but isn’t anything more than slightly shy or introverted. She very much loves people and other animals.
These little babies are seeking a home that someone would be willing to give them the little amount of time they need to warm up and become their true selves!
They have both excellently litter trained and are adjusted to a two time a day feeding schedule. When we’re not around to occupy them, they play together with spinning ball toys in particular, or you can find them all snuggled up on a blanket together. They really are the best of friends.
