Our cats and kittens are allowed to be adopted anywhere in NYC/NJ/Long Island.
Please note, all our kittens under 6 months old are available in pairs only or to the home with another cat/cat friendly dog. Bonded pairs will not be split up.
Chrissy and Evan are affectionate playful brother and sister, who are now accepting the pre-adoption applications and will be available after 11/20th.
These siblings were found by a Good Samaritan in Bronx, NY when they were only 2 weeks old. While driving on the busy highway in the rush hours she noticed some crowd of people were standing on the curb looking at the ground. Being a vet tech she immediately noticed two little kittens and confused people trying to figure out what to do as it was very dangerous to leave them at that spot. While driving to the office in Long Island she works at she started to make the phone calls frantically looking for the rescue. Luckily our rescue had an open foster home with the experienced bottle feeder. This is how these little munchkins joined our SHFL family! It takes a lot of time and patience and dedication to raise the baby kittens when they loose their mommy. Chrissy and Evan were doing great and now they are happy and healthy 6 week old kittens. They are being fostered in a home with a toddler, two other cats and the dog and they adore everyone. These kittens will not be separated and available for adoption together only. If you are looking for a social playful bonded brother/sister pair Chrissy and Evan will be the perfect match for your family.
