Loki is such a sweet and goofy boy. He's starts purring the moment he sees you. Loki is a chatterbox and makes every sound but the traditional "meow". Loki loves being near his person and likes to follow them around. You can always find him lounging nearby. He gets along well with respectful dogs, cats, and kids. He is a gentle soul and prefers more mellow companions. This happy boy loves hanging out and watching you go about your day. Don't be fooled by his size and laid back nature though. He is an expert leg weaver and always the first one at the bowl. Loki is not shy when there's food involved.

All Applications are completed online. Please allow 24 hours for processing. https://www.savingonelife.org/adopt/apply/

Meet the Pet

Once approved, a meet 'n' greet will be scheduled.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet 'n' greet is a match, the contract will be completed and adoption fee will need to be remitted.

Additional adoption info

We will adopt to out of state adopters but we do NOT ship animals under any conditions. You must come to us in person to meet the animal and make sure it is a mutual match. We have had many adopters come from the states around us and drive or fly with their new family member back.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
