What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Sid (short for Obsidian) is a 15 week old (as of 11/17/24) domestic shorthair--her coat is almost completely black except for a few white hairs on her chest and belly. She is one of six kittens born to a feral who had been trapped for TNR and has been handled and socialized since her birth. Sid can be a little shy initially, but when she feels comfortable she is playful and affectionate, and loves playing with wand toys and anything that can be sent skittering across the floor. She is, for a cat, relatively respectful of personal space and is not big on being picked up and cuddled, but loves floor-pets and when she's tired will climb into your lap of her own accord for a snuggle. Sid gets along well with her siblings and should do well with another cat or a calm dog; she would be all right with older children who will give her space and interact with her on her own terms.
