Mushu is a 2 year old Pomapoo (Pomeranian x Miniature Poodle) mix who’s ready to gobble up all the love you have for her! Mushu was rescued from the shelter after being surrendered by her former home for reasons unknown. What we do know is that this fun-loving gal is excited to order up a serving of love and happily ever after with her forever home! Mushu is a petite gal, clocking in below 12 pounds, making her the perfect bite-sized pup! If you’re ready for a midnight snack, adopt our very own Mushu!

Mushu is a gentle and affectionate gal ready to find the sweetest forever home! Mushu has the softest fur ever and she’s content to sit on your lap for hours at a time as you pet her. She’s also just as happy to sunbathe in the yard as you garden though, she’s easy like that! Mushu is just a fabulous sweet addition to any home, as she has so much love in her heart for her people. She has a fabulous temperament and a wonderful energy level. She’s happy to go on a walk around the block or hit the town to run errands but is also content to curl up on the couch for a movie marathon! Mushu is super smart as well and is intuitive to the needs of her people. She can sense when her family needs some special snuggles and she bounds over to provide all the kisses you could ever need. Mushu is just such a perfect little lady!

Mushu starts her day around 7 AM with a backyard bathroom break before returning to her dog bed for a sunbathing session. She eats breakfast around 10 AM, grazing throughout the morning on her kibble. She keeps herself occupied during the day with her naps, yard exploration, and toys but is always happy to zoom over when you want to get some affection. Mushu gets a walk in the early evening once her humans finish their workday and then comes home for her evening meal at 7 PM. In the evening, she curls up in her foster mom’s lap for cuddles. She goes outside for one last potty break and heads into her crate for bed at 10 PM.

Mushu gets along fabulously with dogs and humans alike. She would be a perfect companion for a resident dog but would also thrive as a solo dog. She loves her daily walks and walks well on a leash. She is house trained and crate trained. Mushu is food motivated and eager to learn, so we can’t wait to see her thrive in training. If you’re ready for the tastiest addition to your home, come on down and order some Mushu!

Mushu is an option for any home, regardless of prior dog owning experience. Kids should be over the age of 6.

More about this rescue

We are passionate folks who love dogs and love people! We strive to make the most appropriate match between human and canine. Because our dogs live in foster homes we know about their temperament and personality and therefore can help families and individuals decide if the dog is a good match or not. We are excited to help people find the right pooch for them and look forward to meeting great folks and welcoming them into the DPS Family.
