My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otis is about 2 yrs old, he is such a sweet boy.  He was found outside and it was discovered that his family moved and left him behind.  This guy had such a rough time.  He was fighting with other male cats, and at one point jumped on a hot Blackstone grill and severely injured his back feet (actually ripped his claws out trying to get his feet off the grill).  He is mostly healed now and there seems to be no side effects of this accident.  He does is very chatty and a friendly cat.  He does fine with dogs and female cats.  He would be great with older kids as well.  Due to his time outdoors he has developed quite the prey drive so he would not be good around any smaller pets (including rabbits and guinea pigs).  He is now fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

His adoption fee is $200

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers whose passion for animals have led us into the animal rescue community. We focus on local animals that are homeless, neglected, abused, or need a new home, and bring them to safety. Our goal is to educate, rehabilitate, and help connect animals with their forever home. Through education we hope to end the mistreatment and overpopulation of animals.
