My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tank is a 6 week old male pitbull mix (mixed with what??? we have no idea!!!) But this little boy is as cute as a button and ready to make the perfect companion for another dog friendly dog or family pet. All our puppies come with a training package from The Complete Canine to ensure they get off on the right foot.

Tank is ready for pre-adoption, meaning that he still needs 2 rounds of vaccines and spay/neuter before he can go home with you.

Adoption fee is $300 for Tank.

More about this rescue

Hello! Thanks for checking us out. We are a 501-c3 non profit rescue and rehab service in Tucson, AZ

We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs from the streets of Mexico in cooperation with other animal rescue organizations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Our shelter in Hermosillo, Sonora, Vidas Con Causa, currently has over 150 dogs. There, we provide medical care and a loving place for them to heal before coming to the US, then we foster and work on finding the perfect fit for adoption. You can also visit the available dogs at the rescue in Mexico. Our rescue partners spend a lot of time getting to know the dogs and we know MOST of their
perks and quirks!

We help special needs dogs, the amputees, the pregnant Pitties, the MexiMutts, those from small independent shelters who don't get much notice, the cancer patients. We provide round-the-clock care until these dogs are ready for rehoming.
