Chipper is a pair with sister Penny. Chipper is very outgoing and loves attantion. She's very sweet and cuddly. Loves to play! She has one bad eye. When she was a kitten the eyelid was growing to the eye and caused some scarring but doesn't effect her. She loves to be curled up in your bed whe she's not playing.
