Goldie, 17 weeks Lab mix, weighs 26lbs

Goldie was found as an abandoned puppy and was almost skin and bones. She has been flourishing in her foster home and is putting weight back on. She has had a clean bill of health, despite her horrific start and is ready to bless a forever family with her exuberance for life. She is petite, playful and eager to please. Goldie is an active pup and would love an active family. She will make a great hiking buddy as she loves to explore and is curious of new things. This smart girl responds well with positive reinforcement training, followed up with a tasty treat. You will be amazed at all she can learn to do. Goldie is crate trained and doing well on her house training

Please go to our website to complete the adoption application. Applications are approved on a first-come, first-served basis and sometimes we get MANY applications for the same dog. Please give us a few days to contact you regarding the status of your application. If you haven't heard from us in 7 days, feel free to email to see if you were the lucky family to be chosen! Our adoption fee $425 regardless of the age or breed of the dog, as we believe ALL dogs are equal. We do have occasional "elderly" (over 7 years of age) and they are $250.00.

Many dogs are available for a monthly "meet and greet" held at our Genesee, WI rescue. We also do DAILY appointments with approved application. If you see a dog listed you are interested in, DO THE APPLICATION. ALL meet n greets are AFTER application approval. You will get a phone call or TEXT once you are approved to adopt.

Hoovers Hause is based in Olive Branch, MS. Just minutes south of Memphis, TN and the community needs a LOT of education about spay/neuter and we strive to do that along with helping the hundreds of dogs that are dumped, lost, starved, abused or just plain abandoned in the Memphis area everyday. Our second location is in Genesee, Wisconsin.
