Meet Bailey 24-046!

Bailey is a six-year-old, very active, high-energy Golden Retriever looking for her forever home.

Here’s a bit more about Bailey:

*Playful Spirit: Bailey loves to run and chase tennis balls. She’s quick and agile but also enjoys her downtime lounging on the couch, which includes talking to her toys.
*Training: Bailey will need training
*Kennel Tolerant: While Bailey isn’t a huge fan of being left alone for long periods, she will cry when you leave, so she would be happiest with someone who’s home often. Not a fan of crates.
*HIGH Prey Drive: Bailey has a strong prey drive, so absolutely no cats or small animals in the home. She has been known to chase barn cats and would do the same with any small animals.
*Escape Artist: Bailey is a digger and has been known to escape the yard if given the chance. Secure physical fence is required in her forever home.
*People Lover: Bailey adores people.
*Dog-Friendly: Bailey could do well as a solo dog with the right adopter or with other dogs after slow, proper introductions.
*Couch Companion: After a good play session, Bailey loves to curl up on the couch. She’s the perfect mix of playful and laid-back.
*Family-Friendly: Bailey does great with people and would love a home where she gets plenty of attention, playtime, and love. Teenagers and up.
*Bailey doesn’t like Thunderstorms and becomes extremely anxious.

We want to find the best possible home for our dogs. We have a thorough process. After the home visit and the volunteer submits their notes, we approve or deny.
If it is approved, the applicant's application will be forwarded to fosters to review. If they are selected, meet and greets take place to determine if it is a good fit. If so, both foster/applicant determine if they want to move forward.
