My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The foster writes:
What a sweetie! Give her a little time to get to know you and she'll soon be nudging you, purring and asking for pets. Once comfortable, she'll ask clearly ("meow!") to snuggle next to you on the couch or maybe even in bed. Patience is a virtue with this charming and affectionate companion kitty. She's definitely worth it!

A volunteer writes:
Princess came to us with her three male friends Haru, Hiro and Prince as their owners became homeless. Four amazing cats, gorgeous, healthy, well cared for, clearly loved and already altered. Princess is a great kitty, difficult to photograph, though as she wants to absolutely be your lap cat! She might have been shy upon arrival but not anymore. She is literally parading in her kennel, makes biscuits, head bunts, purrs, rolls on her kennel floor, hops on her hinds, rubs her face to mine and gives kisses. She loves her head, neck and full body scratches. She is curious too and peers into her neighbors' kennels without hissing at the tenants. Princess is a pretty, full body gal with lovely and proper manners, has a sweet personality, is lively and sure to make an ideal for ever four legged best friend. Meet her very soon at the Manhattan Care Center and take her home!

I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.
