This little guy was dumped near our home. He was severely sick and underweight. We decided to foster him until he could be re-homed. He is very healthy now and is fully vaccinated. He will be getting neutered this month. We were told he's about 3-4 months old and will probably be a medium sized dog 30-40 lbs.
He has a quirky personality and is extremely smart. He loves playing in water and learned sit and stay within a few minutes. He is food driven and would be very easily trained. He prefers to sleep in his kennel.🥓🍖
He is house trained to use the doggy door. He is very good with children, but a bit bossy (a bit too playful but not aggressive) with other animals, he might prefer to be the only child.
This Australian Cattle Dog mix (per the vet) is looking for an active family with space to run. He’s not suited for apartment life, but he’s loving, energetic, and ready for adventure! Not a lapdog, but a loyal companion.
