My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simon is a handsome black and white cat with a little black spot on his nose. He is a very vocal cat who likes having visitors. He’ll run right up to people with his tail up in the air, and wind himself around their legs. He enjoys sitting in laps.

He loves to be outdoors. Accordingly, he needs a safe indoor/outdoor home with no other cats. He will need to go home with an experienced cat person who can give him the love and attention he needs.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Prospective adopters meet with our Shelter Manager to determine an appropriate match for our animals. The adopters sign an adoption contract that identifies the condition of the animal, approximate age, any health issues, and conditions of adoption (e.g. indoor only, no declawing, etc). Adoption fee is $150.00 for kittens, and $85.00 for young, adult and senior kitties.

PFOA prefers to adopt to homes on the North Olympic Peninsula, but we do make (lots of) exceptions. Please call (360) 452-0414 to learn more about this kitty. A staff member will return your call.

All PFOA animals are vet-checked, current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and combo tested for FIV / FeLV.

More about this rescue

Peninsula Friends of Animals is a cageless, no-kill, non profit animal welfare group serving the community since 2000. Our mission is to prevent the birth of unwanted cats and dogs through progressive spay/neuter and educational programs, and to place as many homeless, neglected or abused animals as possible in safe, loving, permanent homes.
